I am supposed to work 42 hours per week. I worked 53 hours last week, which is not uncommon and had to use a PTO day as I missed one day. I do not feel that I should have to use PTO when I have met the requirments fo rhous on the job. I work several months of the year at 70 hours and do not recieve more money.
This resulted in me "working" 60 hours when only 42 were required.
